Initial application
Share your authority, equipment, lanes, fleet size, challenges, and requested support.
How it works
POLR’s onboarding process is designed to reduce duplicate work, define responsibilities, and create a thoughtful carrier–dispatcher match.
Share your authority, equipment, lanes, fleet size, challenges, and requested support.
POLR reviews operating details and whether the requested support appears to be a suitable fit.
Requested documents are collected before duplicative manual data entry.
POLR uses submitted records first, then asks only for missing or clarifying details.
Carrier information and service needs are checked for completeness.
The parties clarify the scope, service level, boundaries, and communication expectations.
Equipment experience, lanes, communication style, availability, capacity, and operational needs may all be considered.
The carrier and dispatcher establish practical channels, timing, updates, and decision responsibilities.
Support begins according to the agreed arrangement; the carrier continues to accept or reject each load.
The relationship can be reviewed and either party may request reassignment when the fit is not right—without implying wrongdoing.
Matching factors
POLR may consider equipment experience, operating lanes, communication style, availability, capacity, requested service level, and operational needs. Reassignment can be a practical fit decision—not a judgment against either party.
