Carrier control and responsibility
The carrier retains authority to accept or reject every load. Carriers and drivers remain responsible for operating authority, licensing, insurance, taxes, safety, equipment, drivers, and all legal and regulatory obligations.
POLR’s role and freight payments
POLR provides freight-dispatch and operational-support services. POLR is not a motor carrier, freight broker, factoring company, financial adviser, legal adviser, or compliance authority. Freight payments go directly from the broker, shipper, or factoring company to the carrier; POLR does not receive, hold, process, or distribute carrier freight revenue.
